Silk Physical Therapy Center

Silk Physical Therapy Center provides physical therapy for pain and injuries, with a focus on helping patients reach their goals and improve how they move. Alan N. Silk, PT leads the practice and its team, and treatment is built around each patient's problem after a close look at physical function, gait and posture.

New patients meet with Mr. Silk for a full review of their condition before a treatment plan is outlined, and extra time at the start goes toward finding the actual cause of the problem. The practice has treated patients in Rhode Island and southeast Massachusetts for more than 20 years. The office is in Providence, and new patients complete a registration form covering personal, medical and insurance information, which can be printed ahead or filled out on arrival.
