Bolt Coffee Company

Bolt Coffee Company sources, roasts and prepares specialty coffee in Providence. It started in 2012 with a coffee cart at weddings and a downtown pop-up, and now runs two retail locations, one on Washington Street and one at the RISD Museum, along with a roastery on Smith Hill. Coffee subscriptions and wholesale accounts are a big part of the business.

Takeout is available, and drinks and coffee can be ordered through the online store. Subscriptions bring coffee on a schedule you choose. The leadership team has worked in events, cafe operations, roasting and green coffee sourcing, and the shops are meant to be places where people gather.
