Bill's Pizza

Bill's Pizza makes sourdough pizzas with house-made dough, imported flour and Schreiner's custom sausage, cooked in gas-fired brick ovens. The menu includes more than two dozen named specialty pies such as Bill's Favorite, The Works and The Cuban, along with build-your-own options, salads, beverages and dessert. Gluten-free crust is available, and regulars often mention the Charlie Sheen and the garlic pies.

Dine-in and takeout are both offered, and the restaurant is on the east side of the historic Prescott Courthouse Plaza at 107 South Cortez Street, so parking downtown takes a little planning. Happy hour runs all day Monday and from 8 to 10 PM on Saturdays, with wine, beer and seasonal flavors. The walls display work from local artists, and the owner regularly donates pizzas to Prescott nonprofits and community events.
