Badger's Den

Badger's Den is a steak and seafood restaurant run by Prescott native Ryan Foster and his wife Kat, who grew up on the food truck they launched in 2019 as The Hungry Badger. The menu centers on USDA Prime cornfed Midwest beef cooked over an open grill, with dishes like filet mignon, ribeye and New Zealand rack of lamb, alongside seafood such as Scottish salmon, scallops, Texas catfish and North Atlantic lobster tails. Appetizers include oysters, crab cakes and prosciutto-topped scallops.

Reservations are recommended and can be made by phone. The restaurant serves dinner Monday through Sunday, opening earlier and later on weekends, and it has a lunch menu on its lower patio during summer weekend music afternoons. It is located on White Spar Road in Prescott, and its holiday closures are posted on its website.
