Ricci Construction

Ricci Construction is a family-owned general contractor, construction manager and design-builder that has worked across New England since 1935. The company handles commercial, industrial, municipal and healthcare or biotech projects, from early planning and in-house engineering and design through construction and final accounting. Its projects listed on the website include apartment buildings, fire stations, a fitness facility and a manufacturing or healthcare complex.

Clients typically bring in Ricci when they are expanding, upgrading or relocating a facility, or when a publicly funded project needs a construction manager. The firm also builds pre-engineered buildings through several manufacturers and has built energy-efficient designs with geothermal heating and solar. The office is at 74 River Road in Newington, and the company's projects are spread across New England.
