Open Concepts Realty & Co

Open Concepts Realty & Co combines contracting, design and real estate under one roof. Its contracting team handles new builds, home renovations and additions, with kitchens and bathrooms as a central focus, carried out alongside its design team. The showroom displays four cabinetry lines, Plain & Fancy, Legacy Crafted, Fabuwood and Shiloh, with hardwood, soft-close options, and the firm handles installation as part of its construction work.

The agents help clients buy, sell, rent or invest, including first-time buyers, and the firm lists some properties exclusively on its own site. Showroom visits are by appointment, and design consultations can be scheduled online. The office is on Islington Street in Portsmouth.
