Banya

Banya is a social wellness spa built around the banya ritual: a cycle of hot sauna, cold plunge and time to relax with others. Sessions start with a sauna, move to a cold plunge or refreshing experience shower, then end in a relaxation area or the cedar hot tub, where guests can sip a mocktail from the lounge. The sauna rooms are large enough to hold groups, and the cycle can be repeated a few times in a visit.

Sessions run in two-hour blocks with room for 20 people, so booking a time slot ahead is the way in, and real-time availability shows on the schedule. Bring a towel, bathing suit and water bottle, or buy a towel on site. The space is barefoot-friendly, and guests check in and receive a personal combination locker.
