Woodhull

Woodhull is an integrated architecture, construction, and millwork firm working on residential, commercial, and preservation projects throughout New England, with much of its work in Maine. Its designers, estimators, and builders work as one team, so cost and buildability shape the design from the first sketch. Its architecture work includes renovations and additions, new construction, historic preservation, and feasibility studies.

Clients get real pricing early in the process, and the firm handles design, pricing, and construction under one roof, so there are no handoffs between separate companies. Millwork such as cabinetry, built-ins, and trim is drawn alongside the architecture and built in the firm's own shop. Projects begin with a site visit and a project brief before a proposal is made. The main office is at 93 High Street in Portland, with a millwork shop in Brunswick.
