Three of Strong Spirits

Three of Strong Spirits is a craft distillery in Portland's East Bayside neighborhood that makes small-batch rums and gins. The distillery uses organic cane syrup and molasses, yeast and water from Sebago Lake, and it also sells ready-to-drink cocktails and cocktail recipes. The rum is aged, and the aged rum is sourced from a family distillery in Barranquilla, Colombia.

The tasting room is open Thursday and Friday evenings, Saturday afternoon and evening, and Sunday afternoon, with retail hours on weekday mornings and early afternoons. Spirits can be picked up locally or shipped, and the company hosts private events and tours. The distillery is at 35B Diamond Street, in a converted warehouse among the makers, brewers and coffee roasters of East Bayside.
