Southern Maine Spray Insulation

Southern Maine Spray Insulation installs spray foam insulation, blown-in cellulose and fiberglass insulation, and air-sealing and moisture work for homes, and it also does some commercial spaces. The company was founded in 2007 and is family owned and locally run, with a small team of installers who are company employees.

Work starts with a free on-site energy consult and a home energy audit, followed by insulation of the areas expected to save the most energy and a post-audit check when the job is done. Financing and Efficiency Maine rebates are mentioned on the site. The main office is at 21 Tee Drive in Portland.
