Shays Grill Pub

Shay's Grill Pub serves upscale pub food and cocktails on Monument Square, known for its burgers, fried chicken sandwiches and a $6 martini, including the Hot & Dirty and a pineapple-infused vodka martini. The menu also covers salads, sandwiches, wraps, paninis, quesadillas and pub meals like fish and chips and steak tips.

The pub is family owned and has been on the square since 2004, when it first opened. Cooper and Megan Gilbert bought it in 2018 and kept the original atmosphere and menu. It offers delivery and pickup through online ordering, and there is seasonal outdoor patio dining. Sunday brunch runs on select dates, and the pub is closed on some days, so check ahead.
