H&E PAINT BAR

H&E Paint Bar is a nail salon known for its manicures, pedicures, and gel and dip powder enhancements, with a signature bar-style setup where clients sit side by side with their nail artist. Its signature tiers range from a quick Express refresh to the Deluxe and Premium services with hot stone massage and a clay mask, and it also offers a children's service for ages 9 and under. The salon uses vegan, non-toxic, and cruelty-free products in its Vegan line.

Clients can book an appointment or stop in, and complimentary drinks such as mimosas, prosecco, wine, coffee, tea, or hot cocoa are offered. The salon has two downtown Portland locations, one on City Center and one on Middle Street. Advanced technicians carry a $5 upcharge per appointment, and gel polish removal is complimentary when a previous set was done at H&E and a new service is booked the same visit.
