Factory 3

Factory 3 is a makerspace in Portland, Maine, where members can use shared tools, studios and workshop space for woodworking, metalwork, fiber, tech and art projects. It runs classes across those areas and offers private studios for members who want their own workspace.

Membership is open to beginners through experts, including artists, artisans, entrepreneurs and small business owners. Full-time members get access every day from 6am to 9pm and receive 25% off classes, and gift cards are available. The space is at 105 St James St, and visitors can schedule a tour before joining.
