East Financial Management

East Financial Management is a financial advisory firm founded by Jonathan Koperniak, a Certified Financial Planner professional. The firm offers investment management, retirement planning, risk management, estate planning and wealth transfer, tax mitigation, corporate benefits monitoring, and education planning, with a focus on tailoring a plan to each client's income, goals and priorities.

The firm works alongside clients' accountants and attorneys and implements its own investments rather than outsourcing them. Clients from across the country are served, and the office is on the second floor of the historic Workingmen's Club building on Commercial Street in Portland, Maine, reached by a half flight of stairs from the water-side entrance. Securities are offered through Cambridge Investment Research, which is not affiliated with the firm.
