Developers Collaborative

Developers Collaborative is a Maine real estate developer that builds mixed-use, affordable, market-rate, senior, commercial and historic redevelopment projects. The firm takes a smart growth approach, placing new housing and businesses in existing town and city centers and reusing older buildings where it can. Founded by Kevin Bunker together with Richard Berman, it has more than 20 years of experience in the field.

The company's property management arm, DC Management, oversees many of its buildings. Developers Collaborative often works with public partners and nonprofits and uses public-private financing to get projects built. The firm is based in Portland, Maine.
