Keel Spine & Performance

Keel Spine & Performance is a chiropractic and sports rehab clinic that treats back, neck and shoulder pain, sciatica, and plantar fasciitis. Its services include spinal chiropractic adjustments, spinal decompression, dry needling, soft tissue therapy, SoftWave acoustic wave therapy for tendon pain, and a Dynamic Rehab program that moves patients from treatment into functional training. Dr. Scott Dixon, a physical therapist, leads the dry needling and soft tissue work.

The clinic is in Sterling Plaza in Ponte Vedra and serves Nocatee and Ponte Vedra. Keel is fully HSA/FSA eligible, and its records and scheduling are paperless. Dr. Nolan Gallagher, a former Coast Guard officer, founded the practice and works as its clinical director. Visits start with an evaluation.
