1Roof

1Roof is a licensed roofing contractor serving North Florida, offering residential roof repair and replacement, commercial roofing, and insurance claim help for roof damage. The company says it also holds a Florida Certified General Contractor license, so it can take on larger renovation work as well as roofing. Customers have praised the crew for clean job sites, with nails and debris cleaned up after the work.

All services are handled in-house under one company, so a customer does not need to hire separate contractors for related repairs. Estimates are free, and the company offers financing for larger jobs. The office is at 33 Panther Ln. in Ponte Vedra, and the business notes that much of its work comes from referrals.
