Bluewave Builders

Bluewave Builders is a custom home builder based in Ponte Vedra Beach that handles new construction and large-scale renovations, with a focus on oceanfront, riverfront and marsh-front properties. The company does its own building with a large in-house team of full-time craftsmen and has completed more than 100 projects, including many waterfront homes. Work includes kitchens, bathrooms, home additions, outdoor living spaces and whole-house remodels.

Its foundation work covers auger cast and helical piles for waterfront sites. Projects are priced on a cost-plus basis with detailed line-item documentation. Paul Zebouni, the owner, also serves as construction manager on every project. The office is at 822 North A1A in Ponte Vedra Beach, and the company serves Northeast Florida's beach communities.
