Nathan Layne Institute of Cosmetology

Nathan Layne Institute is a beauty school in Idaho that trains students in cosmetology, esthetics, nail technology and barbering. The programs are taught by working salon owners, and the curriculum includes a section on business, marketing and salon life. Students can also learn to build an online following, with creator coaching included in training.

The school runs a student-staffed salon where clients can book hair, skin and nail services at lower prices, with the work supervised by licensed professionals. Financial aid is available for many programs, and prospective students are asked to contact admissions. The Chubbuck campus is at 141 East Chubbuck Road, and the school also has campuses in Boise and Twin Falls.
