HomeSmart Premier Realty

HomeSmart Premier Realty is a real estate team serving buyers and sellers across Southeast Idaho, led by Brandon and Jess DesFosses. The team also handles property management for landlords and basement finishing, and it has grown into a small set of local businesses. They say they have helped over 350 families buy or sell homes since 2019.

Buyers can start with a consultation to talk through what they want in a home, and sellers get a marketing plan that includes professional photos and video. Property owners can hand off tenant screening, repairs and rent collection. The team also runs storage units and a community fundraiser for kids in foster care. The office address is 460 E Oak St in Pocatello, though the footer also lists a Chubbuck address.
