Bannock County Events Complex

Bannock County Events Complex is a 236-acre grounds owned and run by Bannock County, hosting rodeos, equestrian shows, concerts and sports tournaments. The Portneuf Health Trust Amphitheatre, known as the Port, hosts summer concerts, while the Events Center, which locals call the fairgrounds, handles rodeos, horse events and community gatherings. Weddings and trade shows also take place in its indoor and outdoor spaces.

Riding passes, horse stalls and RV sites are reserved through the county's RecDesk site, and same-day RV and stall reservations can be made by phone. The RV park runs May through September, weather permitting, and closes for the winter starting October 1, 2026. RV stays are booked one week at a time with full payment up front. Tickets and facility rentals are not refundable, and larger events are arranged by email or through the facility rental form. The grounds overlook Pocatello and Chubbuck.
