Legacy Industrial Coatings

Legacy Industrial Coatings installs epoxy, polyurea flake and polished concrete floors for homes and businesses across the Dallas-Fort Worth area. Residential jobs include garage floor coatings and patio coatings, while commercial work covers warehouses, restaurants, retail stores, manufacturing facilities and airplane hangars. The polyurea flake floor system is its standard residential product, and it carries a limited lifetime warranty.

Homeowners can book an estimate online or call to talk through a project first, and the company offers same-day estimates. Commercial clients get a dedicated project manager, daily progress updates and one team from scope approval through final handover. Crews analyze and prep each surface before coating. The office is on West Spring Creek Parkway in Plano, and the crews work throughout North Texas.
