The company also does commercial flooring and heated floor installation, and it has been in business since 2008, with the owner, Sammer, emphasizing careful subfloor prep and moisture testing before any new floor goes down.

The company serves Dallas and nearby towns, including Plano, Allen, Frisco and McKinney, and it offers free estimates and a turnkey option where one crew handles the whole room or home. Its address is on East Park Boulevard in Plano. Expect pricing that runs higher than the cheapest bids, with an itemized quote and warranties described as double the industry standard.
