Berkshire Nautilus

Berkshire Nautilus is a family-owned gym in Pittsfield that has been operating since 1989. It focuses on strength and conditioning with free weights and quality equipment, and it offers new members a free fitness consultation and body composition scan to set a starting point and goals.

Memberships have no initiation fee and include month-to-month, three-month paid-in-full, and twelve-month commitment options, with a youth membership available. The gym has a sauna, and it is located on Summer Street in downtown Pittsfield. Free five-day passes are offered to Berkshire County residents.
