Berkshire Community College

Paterson Field House is the recreation complex at Berkshire Community College in Pittsfield. It has a fitness center, a basketball court, a turf field, two grass soccer fields, tennis courts and an outdoor swimming pool that opens in summer. The fitness program runs classes such as Pilates, yoga and a run club, and an outdoor adventure program organizes trips.

BCC students, employees and professor emeriti get in free with their BCC ID, and day passes and monthly, quarterly, six-month and annual memberships are available to the community. Children under 16 cannot use the weight or cardio areas, and children 11 and under must be accompanied by an adult. Facilities can also be rented, with requests made through an online form.
