Personalized physical therapy for athletes and active adults580 Cypress Street, Suite N2, Pismo Beach, CA
FIT PT Gym is a physical therapy clinic focused on athletes and active adults, with physical therapy, performance training, and wellness and maintenance services. Sessions are one-on-one for 60 minutes with a Doctor of Physical Therapy, and each visit starts with an initial evaluation to find the root cause of a problem and build a personalized plan.
Between in-person sessions, patients get customized online programming to keep them moving. The clinic was opened in 2018 with the goal of giving each patient more time with their therapist than typical clinics offer. It is located at 580 Cypress Street in Pismo Beach, serving the Central Coast.
