Carolina Flipz

Carolina Flipz is a gymnastics and cheerleading gym for children in Pineville, offering recreational and competitive gymnastics, all-star cheer, tumbling, ninja warrior classes and competitive parkour. Its Lil Flipperz program runs preschool classes for children from six months to five years, with morning sessions grouped by age and ability.

Adults can join First Friday Flipz, an open gym on the first and third Friday of each month, and families can book birthday parties with climbing, tumbling and games. Camps and clinics run during school breaks, and Saturday open gym is held in the early afternoon. Parents who want to learn more can request information through the website.
