Small Town Bistro

Small Town Bistro is a family-run coffee shop and bistro serving locally roasted coffee, breakfast sandwiches, homestyle lunch items and fresh-baked goods. Egg bites, frittatas, B.E.C. biscuits, croissant sandwiches, pimento cheese and grilled cheese are among the menu items, along with a soup of the day and a range of coffee drinks, chai and hot chocolate. Its coffee is roasted in Maryville, and the baked treats include seasonal pastries.

The bistro is open in the mornings and early afternoons, Tuesday through Saturday, and takes online orders for pickup as well as phone orders placed ahead. Reservations can be booked online, and the team also handles birthday parties, rehearsal dinners and other events, plus catering packages. It sits at 103 Sugarfoot Way in Pigeon Forge, a short stop for visitors heading into the Smokies and a regular spot for locals.
