Azul Cantina

Azul Cantina is a Tex-Mex restaurant known for wood-fire grilling and its specialty tequila cocktails. The menu runs from birria tacos, fajitas and enchiladas to shrimp and grits, with grilled steak, chicken and salmon entrees. Homemade cerveza-style lager and house-distilled agave spirits are on the drink list.

The restaurant is in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee, on Teaster Lane, and its rooftop bar is said to be the first of its kind in town, with views of the Great Smoky Mountains. Reservations can be made online or by phone, and the rooftop can be reserved for large parties and events. Hours run until 10 PM Sunday through Thursday and 11 PM on Friday and Saturday.
