Sawyers Breakfast

Sawyer's Farmhouse serves classic breakfast, with made-from-scratch pancakes topped with homemade syrup, light crepes in sweet or savory versions, and buttery Belgian waffles. Specialty plates include M&M pancakes and banana foster French toast, and the chicken and waffle pairs a thick Belgian waffle with southern chicken tenders. Lunch is served all day, with sandwiches like a bacon egg cheeseburger. The kitchen uses farm fresh eggs and real whipped butter.

The restaurant does not take reservations, but groups over 14 can send a request through the groups tab. Takeout is available, and there is a gluten-free and dairy-free pancake option. Winter hours from January through March often mean an earlier weekday close, around noon instead of 2. The restaurant opened in 2014 and is family owned and operated, with a Wears Valley location on Wears Valley Road alongside its Pigeon Forge spot.
