Scottsdale / Paradise Valley Family YMCA

The Scottsdale / Paradise Valley Family YMCA has been part of the community since it opened in 1987. The fitness center has cardio and strength equipment, group fitness and a cycle studio, racquetball courts, and pickleball and open gym time. Families also come for Kids Club, child care, camp, an esports and teen center, and seasonal swimming.

Membership and program registration are handled online, and a one-week guest pass is available. Guests must be 18 or older or accompanied by an adult, and need a valid driver's license or proof of Arizona residency. Kids Club runs weekday mornings and afternoons with Saturday hours too. The outdoor pool is closed for the season right now, so check posted pool hours before planning a swim. The Y is a nonprofit on Shea Boulevard in Scottsdale.
