SCHREINER'S FINE SAUSAGE

Schreiner's Fine Sausage has been making handmade sausage in Phoenix since 1952 and offers more than 60 varieties. The shop is known for quality ingredients and a long family recipe tradition, and it sells to walk-in customers as well as supplying resorts, clubs, hotels and restaurants. Custom sausage can also be made from a customer's own family recipe.

The retail counter is open Wednesday through Friday and on Saturday mornings, while wholesale orders are handled on weekdays until mid-afternoon. The business is family-owned, has stayed in the same building for more than 70 years, and is known for a friendly, family atmosphere and attentive customer service.
