Arcadia Meat Market

Arcadia Meat Market is a whole animal butcher shop that hand-cuts its beef, pork, chicken, lamb and sausages in the store. The shop carries all cuts of beef, pork, chicken and lamb, along with bison, elk, venison and imported Japanese A5 and Australian Wagyu from other sources. Its house sausages and burgers run from Italian and Mexican chorizo to cheddar brats and Texas hot links, and it also makes charcuterie such as sopressata and genoa.

The animals are sourced from Arizona ranchers and raised free range or pasture raised, with no antibiotics or growth hormones. Owner Nick Addante, a Phoenix native, leads a team of butchers, and the shop will hand-cut any order to the customer's specifications. Pre-prepared options are available, and customers can call ahead for cuts not on the list. It is on East Indian School Road in Phoenix, open Tuesday through Saturday with shorter hours on Saturday.
