Nutrition Intuition

Nutrition Intuition is a team of health-focused personal chefs who cook real, whole-food meals in clients' own kitchens. The business started in 2014 when whole-food nutritionist Amber Barcellos began cooking for a few families, and it has since grown through referrals to a team of chefs. Weekly in-home meal service is the core offering, with menus built around allergies, dietary protocols and household tastes such as keto, paleo, Whole30, gluten-free and plant-based.

A chef shops, cooks, portions meals into the fridge and cleans up on each visit, and weekly service starts with an intake form and a call with Amber. The team also cooks intimate dinners and private events such as bridal and baby showers, milestone birthdays and holiday gatherings, quoted per event. The chefs serve Scottsdale, Paradise Valley and the greater Phoenix Valley, and the home base is Scottsdale.
