HF Fabrication LLC

HF Fabrication is a machining and fabrication shop that takes customer projects from an early idea or sketch through prototyping, bending, welding and volume production. The shop works with waterjet cutting, CNC machining, metal fabrication, bending and welding, and builds parts from CAD and CAM files. Its founders, Sean Foley and Matthew Hawk, describe the work as American made and focused on customer service.

New projects start with a quote request through the website or by phone. The shop is co-owned by two founders and is veteran owned. It is located on West Hatcher Road in Phoenix, and it can handle both one-off prototypes and repeat production runs.
