Butters Pancakes & Cafe

Butters Pancakes & Cafe serves breakfast and lunch built around fluffy pancakes, brioche French toast and omelettes, with newer dishes like Eggs Verde and Huevos Ranchero on the menu. Batters are scratch-made daily, eggs are hand-cracked USDA Grade AA, and the orange juice is squeezed fresh on a machine designed to keep out the bitter peel oil. Sweet dishes come dusted with powdered sugar and served with fresh whipped butter.

Gift cards are available for purchase. The cafe also has locations at Northsight Crossing and on Hayden Road in Scottsdale, and this location is open 6:30 AM to 2:30 PM seven days a week, so it works well for an early breakfast or a weekday lunch.
