Building Materials Outlet

Building Materials Outlet is a family-owned liquidation warehouse that sells surplus building materials, including kitchen cabinets, quartz and granite countertops, flooring, moldings, sinks, faucets, windows, doors and locks. Much of the stock is new product that manufacturers and lumber yards have discontinued or overrun, and it is popular with contractors and do-it-yourself remodelers looking for lower prices.

The warehouse is open to the public, and prices are not negotiable. Payment is by cash or major credit and debit cards, and a 12% buyer's premium is added at purchase. Cardholders must be present when they pay. Some items, such as the pre-assembled cabinets, are available for same-day pickup. The warehouse is on the south side of I-10 near the University of Phoenix.
