SOSNA Card

South of South Neighborhood Association, known as SOSNA, is a 501(c)(3) neighborhood association and registered community organization serving the Graduate Hospital area of Philadelphia. Its boundaries run from Broad Street to the Schuylkill River, between Washington Avenue and South Street.

The association is run by an elected volunteer board of 15 neighborhood residents, with elections held every fall. Membership is free and gives voting rights to people who live or own a business within its boundaries. SOSNA runs committees, zoning inquiries, community grants and a restaurant week, and it supported the Black Doctors Row historic designation on Christian Street. The office is at 1901 Washington Avenue.
