Indie-Life Studios

Indie-Life Studios is a rentable creative space for video and photo shoots, podcasts, workshops, art exhibitions, launch events and pop-up shops. The rooms come with a projector and pull-down screen, seamless backdrop paper, a full PA system with app-controlled sound, lighting equipment and canopy tents for outdoor setups.

Rooms are booked through the online reservation system. The studio rents by the hour at $100 for up to four hours, with longer bookings by quote. Nonprofits pay $90 an hour, and BABA members get 30 percent off. Free street parking, nearby public transit, and a block lined with restaurants, bars and cafes make it easy to plan around a shoot or event. Hours run long, from 6am to 3am depending on the use case.
