Peoria Symphony Orchestra

The Peoria Symphony Orchestra is a professional orchestra that presents subscription concerts, galas and special performances, along with student concerts, educational programs and community outreach. It is one of the oldest orchestras in the United States, now in its 129th season, with music director George Stelluto leading the ensemble since 2010. Its season has included performances of Verdi's Force of Destiny and a Young Artist Competition held each year.

Concert tickets, four-concert and seven-concert subscriptions, and gift certificates can be purchased online or by phone. Concerts are held at the Prairie Home Alliance Theater in the Peoria Civic Center, and the orchestra is located at 101 State Street in downtown Peoria.
