Natural Balance Wellness Center

Natural Balance Wellness Center is a multi-provider practice in Peoria known for chiropractic adjustments and acupuncture. It was founded by husband-and-wife team Dr. Matt Howard and Dr. Sara Howard, and its independent practitioners also offer massage therapy, craniosacral therapy, myofascial techniques and skincare treatments. Care is available for athletes, pregnant patients and children, and many families have been coming here for generations.

New chiropractic patients start with an initial evaluation, so it helps to call ahead to set one up. Appointments can also be requested by text, and the office asks for your name, the provider or service you want, and what you are seeking care for. The office is at 719 W Lake Ave, on the northwest corner of Sheridan Road in the Traders Insurance Building, across from the Hy-Vee parking lot. Weekday hours run through the afternoon, and Friday closes early.
