Kelly Seed & Hardware Co

Kelly Seed & Hardware Co is a family-run farm and garden supply store that has operated since 1905. It is best known for bulk garden seed, lawn and turf seed, and premium wild bird seed, with a complete line of alfalfas, clovers and pasture mixes for farmers. Turf seed can be custom-blended for park districts, municipalities, athletic fields and home lawns, and staff will advise on application and maintenance.

The store also stocks fertilizer, lime, garden chemicals, bird feeders and food plot supplies for hunters. Bird seed blends are mixed on site, and the staff, several of whom hold agriculture degrees, are known for their knowledge and personal service. Kelly Seed is on Hamilton Boulevard in downtown Peoria, on the corner of Washington and Hamilton Streets, and customers come from around Central Illinois.
