Alexander's Steakhouse

Alexander's Steakhouse is a steakhouse where each guest picks a steak from the locker and cooks it over a live charcoal grill. The menu offers twelve steak cuts, including Ribeye, Filet, T-Bone and a Santa Maria Top Sirloin, all hand cut daily in house from aged USDA choice Midwestern beef. Teriyaki chicken breasts, Atlantic salmon, swordfish, pork chops and lobster tails are also on the menu.

Dinners come with a choice of potato, Texas toast and the salad bar, which has fresh salad, vegetables, fruit and house-made dressings. Reservations are required, and group bookings and banquets are handled by calling the restaurant directly. Gift cards, both physical and electronic, are sold on the website. The restaurant is at 100 Alexander Street in Peoria, Illinois.
