Greater Peoria Property Inspections

Greater Peoria Property Inspections is a home and commercial property inspection company run by Denny and Shelley Murphy. It inspects homes for buyers and sellers, and also handles new construction, phased, warranty-year, foreclosure, roof, bank draw and radon or mold testing work. Denny brings a background in architecture, construction and computer science, along with more than 30 years of construction management experience on projects across Illinois.

Inspections usually run about two hours, and family members and agents are welcome to attend. Reports are typically delivered the same day as the inspection, with photos, video and an online tool for sharing a request list. Scheduling is flexible, including evenings, weekends and holidays. The company offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee, under which there is no fee if the client is not satisfied at the time of the inspection. It serves Peoria, Illinois and the surrounding communities.
