Pensacola Fitness

Pensacola Fitness is a locally owned gym with strength and cardio equipment, group fitness classes, personal training, onsite childcare, and saunas. The strength area includes Hammer Strength, Atlantis, Arsenal and Life Fitness machines, a large free weight collection, cable crossover machines, a deadlifting room with two platforms, and a boxing area with a speed bag and heavy bag.

The gym is open 24/7 for members, with staffed front desk hours on weekdays and shorter hours on weekends. Drop-in visits and one-, three- and seven-day passes are available for visitors without a membership. Childcare runs on set weekday and Saturday hours, and parents handle diaper changes. The gym is at 6933 N 9th Ave. in Pensacola.
