Fitology

Fitology is a 24-hour gym in Pensacola with a full recovery suite, including infrared saunas, red light, cryotherapy, dry float therapy, compression massage and hyperbaric oxygen. The gym floor is equipped with Technogym machines, and members can train alone or with the coaching team, which offers movement analysis and a body composition scanner.

The covered outdoor turf area with squat racks, rowers and air bikes is a popular spot for conditioning. Studio classes include Reformer Pilates, yoga and HIIT, and personal training comes with monthly wellness assessments. Weekday childcare is offered on site through KidFit for $10 per child per session, and a smoothie and açai café with a 24-hour co-work lounge is upstairs. Memberships start at $99 per 4 weeks, and day passes are $25. The gym is at 21 N New Warrington Rd.
