Mrs. Jones Cold Brew

Mrs. Jones Cold Brew sells a concentrated cold brew coffee elixir that customers mix with water or milk to make their own drinks at home, and it also serves cold brew at its coffee bar. A new flavor rotation comes out each month, with past options including French toast, s'mores, pumpkin, snickerdoodle and Scotch brownie. Recipes cover basic black coffee, sweet and creamy versions, cold brew served hot, and a boozy midnight oil martini.

The elixir is dairy free, preservative free and sweetened with nothing added, and drinks can be customized to taste. Visitors can stop in at the coffee bar to see how it is done. The Idle Reader, a newer indie bookstore, operates inside the coffee bar, so a book and a brew can be picked up together. The shop also takes wholesale inquiries from restaurants and stores and hosts events. It is on West 9 Mile Road in Pensacola.
