Jitterbug Beverage Co. is a coffee shop and bakery on North 12th Avenue in Pensacola's East Hill area. Its espresso drinks include the house Jitterbug cold brew with a double shot, along with signature lattes like the Bees Knees, a cardamom honey latte, and Campfire, a maple and smoked salt latte. The pastry case leans gluten-free, with pimento cheese scones, citrus olive oil cake, and miso brown butter chocolate chip cookies among the regulars, and gluten-free cinnamon and savory rolls appear on weekends.

The shop is open Tuesday through Saturday and on Sunday morning and afternoon, and it stays closed on Mondays.
