Craft Gourmet Bakery

Craft Gourmet Bakery makes European-style breads, pastries, desserts and house-made gelato from scratch in its Pensacola kitchen. Its menu includes niche breads, rustic loaves, delicate pastries, specialty cakes, and seasonal drinks, and the team bakes by hand with simple, high-quality ingredients. Wedding and custom cakes are part of the lineup, with cake tastings and consultations offered.

The bakery has two spots: a grab-and-go bakery and commissary on North Davis Highway, and a cafe on Scenic Highway with brunch table service and a snack menu in the afternoon. Both locations sell gift cards that work at either one, and the bakery also offers loyalty rewards, breakfast and dessert catering, and private events. Its breads and pastries are also sold at local restaurants and retailers.
