Latin Dance Factory

Latin Dance Factory teaches salsa, bachata, cumbia and merengue to beginners and experienced dancers in Houston. The main entry point is the 2.5-hour Crash Course, a one-session class for absolute beginners that covers basic steps, leading and following, and simple turns. Ongoing Level 101, 201 and 301 workshops build from there, and the studio also runs Latin nights with DJs or live music at rotating venues around Houston, along with boat parties that leave from South Shore Harbour Resort in League City.

No partner is needed, and singles and couples are both welcome. Crash courses can be booked online, but walk-ins are limited, so it is worth texting the studio to check availability before you come. Private lessons are booked by text and held at the Pearland location, and couples can book date-night lessons on weeknight and Saturday evenings. Gift certificates can be ordered by text in any dollar amount and never expire. Spanish is spoken.
